Calendar can be used to organize and keep track of your classes, appointments, holidays and other events online. In addition, you can create reminders for each of these events, and attach daily notes to specific days.
Your calendar automatically enters your classes into their appropriate time slots and days each quarter.
Use of Calendar is subject to applicable University and EEE Policies.

Binding Class Events
Use class events
A class event is any event that relates to a specific class offering. Instructors and authorized assistants can add class events by creating an event and associating it with one or more of your classes.
Class events will automatically display in the calendars of all students, assistants, and instructors associated with the class(es) to which the event has been bound.
Add class events
To bind an event to a class, you must be an instructor or authorized assistant.
Adding class events:
Your class event should be added to the calendar of all students, assistants, and instructors associated with the bound class(es).
After adding a class event, the respective course code(s) will appear in brackets next to the event name. You can add multiple bindings at one time.
Remove class events
To unbind an event from a class, you must be an instructor or authorized assistant for that class.
Unbinding class events:
Your class event should now be unbound from the selected class(es).
After removing an existing class event, the event will no longer be bound to the selected class(es). The event name in your calendar should no longer have a course code in brackets after the event name. You can remove multiple bindings at one time.
Final exam schedule
Final exam Schedule
Calendar automatically retrieves the final exam schedule from Registrar's Schedule of Classes and adds your exam times to your calendar and the calendar of your students.
EEE Calendar displays the final dates and times as listed in the Registrar's Schedule of Classes. If there is a discrepancy in the date and time of your final or any other course information reported in the Registrar's schedule of classes, please contact the Registrar directly for assistance.
