General InformationOverviewCalendar can be used to organize and keep track of your classes, appointments, holidays and other events online. In addition, you can create reminders for each of these events and attach daily notes to specific days. Your calendar automatically enters your classes into their appropriate time slots and days each quarter. Ask your instructor to use CalendarIf you think Calendar would be helpful in your class and you'd like to ask your instructor to use it, download, print, sign, and give this short letter to your instructor. Using CalendarAccess CalendarAccessing Calendar from the MyEEE page:
You should now be in Calendar.
Note: If you cannot find the module (seen below), it is possible that you have removed it from your MyEEE page. For assistance regarding this, see the MyEEE Help & How-to on customizing your MyEEE page.
Accessing Calendar from the ToolBox:
You should now be in Calendar.
At this point, you may optionally add, remove, and modify events on your calendar. Add eventsAdding events:
Your event should now be added to your calendar.
Remove eventsRemoving events:
All occurrences of this event in your calendar should now be permanently deleted.
Modify existing eventsModifying events:
All occurrences of this event in your calendar should now be updated.
Add daily notesDaily notes are events that are not bound by a time, but occur on the specified date(s). Adding a daily note:
Your calendar should now have a daily note for the day(s) you chose in the yellow row at the top of your calendar.
Print your calendarYour calendar is available to print in many different formats (by year, month, 7 day week, 5 day week, and by day). Printing a Calendar:
Your calendar should now be printed.
Download your calendarYour class schedule for the current quarter is available as an iCalendar file for importing events into applications such as Google Calendar, Apple iCal, and Microsoft Outlook. This file is a one-time snapshot of your class data as it appears on EEE wne you download it. After the file is imported into a calendar application, there is no synchronization between EEE and your application. If your schedule changes, download a new file and import the new file into your application. Downloading a Calendar:
Your calendar should now be downloaded.
Final exam scheduleCalendar automatically retrieves the final exam schedule from Registrar's Schedule of Classes and adds your exam times to your calendar. EEE receives final exam dates and times from the Registrar. Always double-check your exam dates and times with your instructors and/or class syllabi. If the final date/time in EEE calendar is different from the final date/time listed in the schedule of classes, please contact us.
