General Information

About MyEEE

MyEEE is your customizable home page on EEE. When you login to EEE, MyEEE is typically the first page you will see.

MyEEE has three tabs. The first tab, My Classes, is where you will see your classes listed each quarter.

MyEEE student classes

The second tab, Class Announcements, is where instructors and TAs can post important announcements for their classes.

The third tab, My Tasks, is where you can see the tasks such as quizzes, surveys, and chats assigned to you and the tasks you assigned.

Other than viewing your classes, announcements, and tasks, there is a lot more you can do on MyEEE — You can customize the content and layout, add your favorite bookmarks, post a personal profile to share with your fellow students, and much more.

How are student classes added to EEE?

The University Registrar and UCI Summer Session send enrollment information directly to EEE.

Students can access EEE tools for officially enrolled classes. This does not include audited or wait-listed classes, though a list of wait-listed classes is shown for the first two weeks of Fall, Winter, and Spring quarters.

  • In Fall, Winter, and Spring, EEE regularly receives enrollment information from the University Registrar and updates your classes on MyEEE.
Due to high traffic, enrollment and course info changes on EEE may be delayed during peak hours (i.e. 10 am-6pm).
  • In the Summer, UCI Summer Session sends the data and EEE updates once per night at approximately 4am; however, it can take several days after an enrollment change is submitted (even if you have a receipt) for Summer Session to make that change in the data and this means it may take several days for EEE and the Registrar to get Summer enrollment changes

How do I access my EEE Canvas course space?

Your classes may be using a combination of resources and tools on EEE and EEE Canvas. You can find links to all resources from MyEEE.

If your class is using EEE Canvas, you will see an indication on MyEEE.

Student gets to Canvas from MyEEE

To access your course, click Go to EEE Canvas Course Space.

You should now be in your class's course space on EEE Canvas.

Summer Session information

Summer classes are divided into three sessions, which are treated like different quarters in EEE tools with the exception of MyEEE, which shows all summer sessions in one combined view by default.

To view a specific summer session in MyEEE, click the specific summer session.

Summer session individual links

For other EEE tools, use the quarter selector to choose the appropriate summer session.

  • If you access a tool without going through a MyEEE module, you will be viewing resources for the session currently selected via the pulldown quarter selection menu.

  • If you access a tool from a MyEEE class module, you will be viewing the tool for that class and the session in which it takes place, regardless of which session is selected via the pulldown quarter selection menu.

Why am I missing classes?

There are several reasons why classes may be missing. Some of the most common causes are listed below.

Common causes for missing classes:

  • You may be viewing a different quarter on EEE — Switch Quarters
  • Students: You may not be officially enrolled in the class — Student Access
  • Assistants: Your instructor may not have added you in Assistants — Learn More
  • Instructors: Your Department Scheduler may have not added you to the Registrar's Electronic Schedule of Classes (eSOC)

Use the Missing Classes look-up tool to check your status and receive trouble-shooting help.

Unpaid student fees

In between Spring and Fall quarter, you might see one of the following messages on MyEEE. These messages exist to alert you to any unpaid student fees as reported by Student Billing. Failure to pay student fees from the previous academic year (Fall through Summer) by the start of the new year (Fall) will result in you being dropped from your Fall classes. If you see an alert, please review your Zot Account, or contact Student Billing. Once your fees are paid, the message should disappear within 24 hours.
