! EEE and other campus services impacted by intermittent network issue

EEE is one of several campus services (also including webmail and webfiles) currently being disrupted by an intermittent, unpredictable network issue. Campus staff are hard at work with our service providers to address this issue as soon as possible and we will provide updates when more information is available.

We are also posting updates to the EEE Twitter and Facebook pages, which are outside our network and remain available when EEE service is disrupted.

› Power Outlets in Lecture Halls

Students — Looking for a seat in lecture where you can charge your mobile device? Thanks to the eTech initiative, power outlets have recently been added to several large lecture halls. Look for the eTech sign on the seat back in front of you, or check out the diagrams below for outlet locations.

› Register for zotAlert UCI's Emergency Alert System

Sign up for ZotAlert to receive current, accurate information and updates in case of a campus emergency.

  • Students — provide your cell phone number to the university by updating your contact info (including emergency) via "Change of Address" in StudentAccess
     
  • Faculty and staff — sign up by updating your profile in PhUpdate with an emergency cell phone number

› Introducing UCI's 2013-14 Google Student Ambassador

Congratulations to UCI's own Kyle Boos, who has been chosen as a 2013-14 Google Student Ambassador!

Google Student Ambassadors act as liaisons between Google and their universities. These ambassadors learn about innovative Google products and programs, act as a campus contact for Google teams, and help Google better understand each university's culture. Whose LIFE will you SAVE?

The campus donor center in the Courtyard Study Lounge on the lower level of the Student Center is open all summer and donors receive their choice of two Angels baseball tickets or a free Jamba Juice. Hours are Mon & Tues 10am-5pm, Wed & Thurs 12pm-7pm and Friday 8am-3pm — Walk in or make an appointment today!
