If you were selected, you should have received an email invitation from the UC Office of the President with the subject line of: Help UC and Win $1,000: Take the UC Cost of Attendance Survey.

Complete the survey by May 1, and you will be entered in a drawing for a $1,000 cash grand prize as well as drawings for a $500 Amazon.com gift card and a $100 Amazon.com gift card.
